Open for business (and fun)

This is going to be a brief post. We are open for business at Expedition Outpost, after a couple of months of hard work, painting, setup, building, inventory management, red tape, inspections, handshakes, tears, and a little blood.

As we settle into the cadence here, getting used to our hours, our neighbors, as customers find us, we're staying true to the vision - a stable and welcoming community of hobbyists, gamers and collectors who want to share these worlds with experienced and new players and creators alike.

We're starting things off with a couple of recurring events at the shop. The Wasteland Workshop is our weekly (Tuesdays 6pm) building session where we progress our epic Fallout mini game battlefields. "Free paint Friday" (Fridays, 5pm) is a session we are starting up where anyone is welcome to paint, all we ask is buy a mini and get started. If you like the hobby, we have plenty of supplies and models to get you going. If you're experienced, come by and hone your skills with us.

I've called this a "soft opening" because we're still building, still evolving, this is just the beginning of the journey I have envisioned.

This is where we are:
