EXPEDITION OUTPOST - KINGSWOOD TABLE BOOKING POLICY

Table space is a premium feature of the Outpost and must be scheduled to ensure availability and a quality experience for all guests.

Expedition Outpost is committed to building a respectful, high-quality gaming community. Clear structure protects that experience for everyone.

1. Purpose

The Kingswood Gaming Table (seats 8 players comfortably) is available for structured, self-directed gaming events that align with Expedition Outpost’s community standards and brand identity.

Expedition Outpost is a curated hobby space. The Kingswood Table is not open-use public seating and is not available for unscheduled events.

2. Booking Requirement

All organized games, leagues, tournaments, or structured events must be booked in advance.

• Walk-in events will be declined.
• Showing up with players without prior booking will result in being turned away.
• Printing flyers or advertising an event before booking approval is not permitted.

A booking is confirmed only after:

• Agreement on event details
• Payment of the booking fee
• Written confirmation from Expedition Outpost

No booking confirmation = no event.

3. Booking Rate

• $15 per hour
• Minimum booking recommended: 2 hours
• Payment is due at time of booking confirmation

Event organizers may charge their own players if they choose. However, table rental fees are owed to Expedition Outpost regardless of how the organizer structures their event.

4. Food & Beverage Policy

No outside food or drinks are permitted.

Expedition Outpost provides vending options on-site. Multiple nearby restaurants are available for meals before or after your event.

This policy protects cleanliness, product integrity, and the store environment.

5. Event Branding & Advertising

Events may NOT be advertised as:

• “Expedition Sponsored”
• “Official Expedition Event”
• “Expedition Tournament”
• Or any language implying store sponsorship or endorsement

Unless explicitly agreed upon in writing in advance.

Unauthorized use of the Expedition Outpost name or branding will result in public clarification and potential denial of future bookings.

6. Organizer Responsibilities

Event organizers are responsible for:

• Clearly communicating event rules and structure to participants
• Maintaining respectful conduct among attendees
• Ensuring the table and surrounding area are cleaned after use
• Respecting store hours and staff direction

Expedition Outpost reserves the right to decline or cancel any event that disrupts store operations, community standards, or customer experience.

7. Right of Refusal

Expedition Outpost reserves the right to refuse service or booking at its discretion.

Failure to follow booking policy, advertising guidelines, or store standards may result in immediate termination of the event and denial of future booking privileges.
