We aim to be fair while protecting the integrity of collectible and hobby items.

In-Person Returns

Accepted within 15 days of purchase

Items must be unopened, unused, and in original condition

Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return once opened:

Miniatures (painted or unpainted)

Hobby supplies (paints, tools, basing materials, etc.)

Any item showing signs of use, assembly, or alteration

Collectibles

Collectible items (e.g., vinyl figures, statues, premium items) are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Returns may be declined if original condition is not fully preserved

Packaging, inserts, seals, and overall condition must be intact

Items that were opened, displayed, or handled without protective care may not be accepted
